1. Call us on 13 13 21 or Drop in
Simply call us on 13 13 21 or just drop into any of our Banking or Advice Centre. Our friendly Member Service Consultants will help you decide what accounts are best for you based on your needs.

We’ll then set up the account for you then and there.

2. Identify your regular payments to and from your old account
Contact your old bank to get a list of all regular payments to and from your account for past 13 months and bring it us.
If you already know all your direct debits and credit card regular payments, simply provide that list to us and we’ll set them up for you.
You can ask your other bank to provide a list of regular payments, as well as periodical payments, or make a list. These are the organisations you'll want to tell about your new account.
3. We will Switch for you
We'll then re-establish all your direct debits and regular payments (such as your salary) in your new Australian Central Account. We’ll also give your new account details to organisations that you pay or that pay you.
We’ll even complete the process by closing your old bank account if you would like.
