Australian Central members have access to more than 3,100 rediATMs right around Australia. The rediATM network is important to you as an Australian Central member because when you use a rediATM you will not pay a direct charge.*

NAB has recently joined the rediATM Network, meaning you can now access any NAB ATM and not pay a direct charge*. Please note that while it will take some time for NAB ATMs to carry the rediATM logo, you can use any NAB ATM now without paying a direct charge*.

rediATM is one of Australia’s largest ATM networks and this means more convenience and more savings for all Australian Central members.

How do I find my nearest rediATM?

To make it simpler to find your nearest rediATM, a dedicated website has been created with an online ATM locator. Visit rediatm.com.au to find out more.

Alternatively you can text your post code or your suburb and state to 199 55 ATM (199 55 286) and receive a return text message with the rediATM locations nearest to you.*

*SMS costs $0.55 including GST. Cardholders who do not have premium phone line SMS enabled will not be able to use this service. Need help with the SMS Search? Call the SMS Helpline on 1800 195 773.

What is Direct Charging?

ATM Direct Charging represents a change to the way that Australian Financial Institutions charge for ATM Transactions. These changes are part of a commitment by the RBA to make ATM fees more visible and upfront, to increase competition and to encourage investment in the ATM network.

For Australian Central members this means that you will be charged a fee at the time of the transaction if you use any ATM that is not part of the rediATM network. This fee is charged by the owner of that respective machine. You will not be direct charged for completing a transaction if you use a rediATM.

When using a non rediATM you will be advised of the amount of the Direct Charge and given the opportunity to proceed or to cancel the transaction at no cost. If you proceed the fee will be debited from your account by the owner of that ATM at the time of the transaction.
