DIAL is a computerised voice telephone system which enables you to get up-to-the-minute details on your accounts - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
DIAL offers you an easy way to access your account information from anywhere in Australia - for the cost of a local call (excluding calls made from mobile phones).
All you need is your membership number, personal access code and a touch tone phone with a star (*) button.
You can check your account balances, hear the last 5 transactions made on your accounts, make bill payments using BPAY® and transfer funds between accounts. Just ring 13 26 21 and follow the instructions.
